I was there 3 years ago and LOVED it so much that I actually dreamnt about going back.....I missed 1 year going to Aruba and last year I must have missed the street and thought you closed and was extremely dispaointed. A freind then was there this year and told me it was open SO Iam now eagerly waiting to be there again at the end of November.....I consider it the BEST restaurant on the Isaland by far, cozy, romantic, warm and GREAT food. |

We've been going to Aruba for 10 years & it wasn't until last year that we went to Gasparito for the first time. We had the most wonderful meal.... the best Keshi Yena we've found on the island! The service & atmosphere was superb & we anticipate our 2nd visit to Gasparito when we return next month (July 2005) |

We celebrated our 25th Anniversary at Gasparito and had a WONDERFUL time. The Food was extremely delicious and the service was the BEST. Our waiter was Henry and he made our night special. We would truly recommend this restaurant for its warm and friendly atmosphere and its excellent Aruban Cuisine! The beautiful artwork displayed reflected the true beauty of Aruba. May we suggest trying the Mussel Soup and the Coconut Shrimp to start. This restaurant will be a MUST to return to!  |

It was our first time at your lovely restaurant, one of the employees at the Hyatt recommended it to us and we couldn't have made a better choice. The service, food and ambiance was excellent. Looking forward to seeing you again Feb. 2006. |

We have been coming to Gasparito for fourteen years. It is always a dining experience with atmosphere, great service and food. Henry and Elvina make us feel like family!

We have always loved Gasparito's since our first visit in 1995. In fact we named our cat after the restaurant!
Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and tremendous service from Henry and Elvina!
