Aruba Jerry & Karen from Ocean County, New Jersey | Signed on: Mon 13 Oct 2008 18:19:08 AST We have vacationed in Aruba for many years and visit regularly. Karen and I invited my brother and his wife to dinner at Gasparito. Rei introduced himself and his wife Utahna. They both treated us as if we were invited guests in his home. Rei explained the menu in full item by item and gave us samples of many different types of dishes. The food is great and the atmosphere is personal, quaint and romantic. The wait staff is professional. The dining area has many signed original art on the walls and unique pieces of interest. Gasparito is a favorite and one of our regular places to dine when in Aruba. See you soon, ArubaJerry | | | Patrick & Amy Graham from Aurora, CO | Signed on: Wed 01 Oct 2008 16:06:25 AST Reimundo and Utahna, What an absolute joy is was meeting you both! The birthday celebration for my wife Amy was certainly a night we won't be forgetting for a long time. I would like to thank you and your entire staff for such an awesome presentation of fine dining. The variety of great tasting food did not disappoint either. You went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome...that means a lot to us. Thank you! My wife would like to thank Utahna especially for the beautiful gifts she presented to the girls too. Oh, and she loves her necklace as well. We had a wonderful trip to Aruba again and are already looking forward to our next visit. I know where we will be dining, that's for sure. All the best, Patrick and Amy Graham Sept. 27, 2008

Party of 12 on the way.... | | | Joni from Illinois, United States | Signed on: Tue 03 Jun 2008 00:06:38 AST Bon Nochi! Gasparitos is the best Aruban food on the island. I ate there 4 of 7 nights and began to feel like family. The food, the warmth and caring of the staff, the atmosphere, the art and jewelry.... E tabata hopi bon........ Gasparito chicken is amazing. I wish I could duplicate it, but will look forward to it every May when I get back to this island that already feels like home. Sonja, keep painting! I hung my painting today but am looking forward to one of yours. | | | Elisa Chieh Chen Tan from Aruba | Signed on: Sat 19 Apr 2008 20:16:01 AST Masha danki pa e Keri Keri.. nos ta apresie masha hopi mes... un biaha mas hopi danki | | | Lisa Pawelski from Pittsburgh, PA | Signed on: Mon 25 Feb 2008 18:23:56 AST Utahna and Rei are so gracious! (Ask how he wound up at college in Indiana with her--great story.) This was our first Aruba trip, and we did five dinners in five nights, all outdoors. Really enjoyed our little lesson in authentic Aruban food at Gasparito. Try the Aruban combo. Meals came with a lovely, colorful side platter--a little of everything: broccoli, carrot, plantain, polenta, coconut rice. Ask Utahna which dessert is best (loved pineapple-pear strudel and the quesillo). Gentle background music, pretty patio dining. Great value for the money, too. The atmosphere is warm and wonderful to go with the food. Can't wait to get back next year! | | | dallas from Texas | Signed on: Wed 09 Aug 2006 16:18:38 AST From what I have read, and my friends reccommending this place. I can't wait to get to Aruba and visit there!! The food sounds delicious! | | | | Andrew | Signed on: Wed 09 Aug 2006 17:24:55 AST Good design, interesting site | | | Karoy from Netherlands | Signed on: Sun 09 Apr 2006 09:04:26 AST While other establishments sell sunsets, romantic surroundings, views or seaside relaxation, Gasparito sells her kitchen (which should be a restaurants main bussiness), and does it very well. My cangratulations to the Chef! Well done. Karoy | | |
